Physical Products

If your order is damaged in any way during transit I am happy to send a replacement product free of charge on receipt of a photo of the damage incurred.

Under UK distance selling law, please contact maria.serenityandsolace@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your goods if you would like a refund. You have 14 days to return the goods from the date you email notification of return. You will be issued a refund within 14 days of the goods being received back. Goods must arrive in the same condition in which they were sold (unless damaged during transit).

The refund will include the purchase amount and initial postage cost only. Buyers will be responsible for covering return postage costs.  The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase (to your card or PayPal). For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

Digital Products & Courses

 If you are unhappy with the digital course you have bought, please contact maria.serenityandsolace@gmail.com within 30 days of date of purchase with your reason for requesting a refund, to recieve a full refund.

Live Zoom Yoga Classes

If you have paid a donation for a Yoga Class but do no attend the class, you are welcome to roll over your donation to another class and use the same Zoom link which you received in your original donation email.

Postage & Shipping

Your order will be posted within 1-3 working days by Royal Mail standard international delivery, or 2nd class UK post.

For all orders outside of the UK, please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time, and you may be charged customs fees, import tax, or similar. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do about customs clearance - customs law makes the importer (the buyer) responsible for these fees.
