Yoga for Anxiety Course

These classes are beginner friendly, and are accompanied by a workbook to access after class, to explore themes and techniques to help you move through anxiety and journal about how you feel. Journalling has also been shown to reduce symptoms of anxiety. One study by Hasanzadeh, Khoshknab, & Norozi found that the simple act of journaling reduced anxiety in women who were suffering from multiple sclerosis. Another study found that journaling could help students effectively manage stress and anxiety, as well as improve overall classroom engagement. This course contains specific and specially formulated questions to help you get everything out onto the page. The course will help you to:

There are 5 30 minute modules, which are structured as 20min yoga classes followed by 10mins of journalling—perfect for desk jockeys or those low on time.
